Seventy-one year after liberation,  I remember clearly what had happened in China and Europe during the very dark era of humanity. Here are the stories of the comfort women in China during the Second Sino Japanese War and the horrifying experience of  Nobel Laureate and Holocaust survivor, Ellie Wiesel during the Second World War.

In the midst of darkness, voices of the survivors are documented  in bright and colourful text in a wide array of shades; when the lights go out their silhouettes still stand out way above the crowd.
